Ab Circle Pro Review

We all want toned, flatter abs but it seems we’re always looking for an easier way to reach our goal. We either don’t have the time needed to reach our goal or the right motivation. Whatever the cause, there is a thriving industry based around our desire to get in shape and our inability to do so.

One of the hottest workout gadgets on the market these days is the Ab Circle Pro. This fitness product, endorsed by famous fitness model Jennifer Nicole Lee, is based on the popular “low resistance” mechanic popular in many workouts these days. But does it work? This Ab Circle Pro review will give you the straight scoop.

The Ab Circle Pro essentially consists of a circular piece that rests on a track. On top of the circular piece are two knee rests and extending from the base is a handle. You put your knees in the rests and hold on to the handle, using your arms to rotate yourself on the track. This works out your lower, middle, and upper abs, as well as your obliques.

One thing that is not emphasized by the manufacturer – but perhaps should be – is that the Ab Circle Pro really works out your arms. In fact, your arms will be doing a fair amount of the work when you use this machine. While that’s good on one hand (you are toning your arms while flattening your abs), this feature may not be suitable for those with arm problems who are looking to shape their abs.

What most Ab Circle Pro reviews will fail to point out is the fact that it is nearly impossible to target belly fat when working out, no matter what piece of fitness equipment you use. Sure, you may tone and strengthen your abdominal muscles but still have belly fat unless you get a good cardio workout to burn that fat away. Fortunately, the Ab Circle Pro does do that. So this while this product is not going to necessarily give you the washboard abs of Jennifer Nicole Lee overnight, in the long run you’ll get a good fat-burning cardio workout which will help trim you down and help show off those abdominal muscles you have been building. You’ll find out this is called a “treadmill for your abs.”

In addition to helping you lose your love handles, the Ab Circle Pro also includes a leg and bun workout. With a flick of a lever the product helps you work and slim your hips, thighs, and the ever important buns. The system includes a reduced calorie diet plan and an express workout DVD to get you going quickly.

So that’s the good stuff, what about the bad? Ab Circle Pro user reviews thus far have been mixed. For every glowing review you read, there is another that trashes the product. You don’t see reviews saying that it doesn’t work necessarily; you usually see reviews complaining about sub-par manufacturing. Some common user complaints about the product include: the paint may chip away, the knee pads hurt some people, it may not run smoothly on the track, parts can wear out, cheap sticker logos. While none of these factors are likely to make the product unusable, they may annoy some people.

At the time of writing, Ab Circle Pro is currently available to try for 30 days for only $14.95 plus shipping and handling. If you want to buy the product outright you pay $199.75 plus S&H. Other abdominal machines cost two or three times that amount, so you’re getting a pretty good value for your money with this product.

So is the Ab Circle Pro worth it? Unlike other workout gadgets you see on TV and the like, you can actually see how this product could benefit you by providing a good cardio workout and working your core abdominal muscles. While you may be sacrificing some quality in workmanship, for most users the lower price of the Ab Circle Pro as compared to other machines will more than outweigh any downsides.

Only you can decide whether this product will work for you. At a low introductory rate of only $14.95 plus S&H, there’s little to lose by giving this product a try. If you’re ready to lose your love handles, in our opinion the Ab Circle Pro is a great place to start.
