Lundberg Countrywild is a aromatic blend of three brown rice s, grown by the Lundberg Family in Richvale, California. All the varieties have their nutritious bran and germ layers intact.
Ingredients
Long Grain Brown Rice, Wehani, Black Japonica.
Directions
1 Cup Lundberg Countrywild; 2 Cups water or bouillon; 1 Tbsp butter or margarine; Salt to taste. Rinse rice . Put all ingredients in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Do not remove lid. Remove from heat and allow to sit covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork. Serves 4 to 6. A rice cooker may be used with the same rice -to-water ratio.
