Nutrition Database and Meal Planner

Nutrition ChartThe nutrition database displays protein, carbohydrate and fat content in an easy to read pie chart.

Vitamins and minerals are displayed in two other pie charts. All nutrition facts are presented in a table below the pie charts.

Different foods can then be added to meals where another chart provides a calorie breakdown of the meal, useful to determine calorie goals by adding or subtracting foods.

Daily calories needed to maintain current weight can be estimated with the Calorie Needs Calculator.

The Activity Calorie Calculator will give an estimate of calories burned from various exercises and activities.

To determine daily and meal protein, carbohydrate and fat amounts in grams, use the Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat Ratio Calculator.

Only vitamins that are measured in mg or mcg are displayed in the pie chart, vitamin A and vitamin D are measured in IU and are displayed in the table.

You don’t have to register or login to use the nutrition database, but you will be not be able to save for future reference if you are not registered with the nutrition database.
