Same as the regular Push-Up but with your hands in a close or wide position, to work more of the inner or outer chest.

Other Muscles Worked: Triceps, Shoulders
Equipment required: Bodyweight

    Push up is definitely a good workout to build up chest muscle, doing at least 30 ups per day can lead you to significant muscle growth in 1 month time.
