Etentamig
Etentamig is a BCMA × CD3 bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) that can inhibit the activity of B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and activate the T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 complex. Etentamig can be used for research in multiple myeloma, immunoglobulin light chain amyloidosis, and cardiovascular disorders[1].
